We currently deliver to all emirates across the United Arab Emirates.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.

We offer free shipping on every order across the UAE — no minimum spend required.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across all UAE emirates. Pay the delivery person when your order arrives — no online payment needed.
COD conditions:
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay
- Our delivery team will call you before arrival
- If 2 delivery attempts are unsuccessful the order may be cancelled
- COD is available on all products unless stated otherwise
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within same day or next business day after placement
- COD orders are confirmed within a few hours of placing
- You will receive an order confirmation on your email and WhatsApp immediately
- Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You receive a tracking link via email to your registered address
- WhatsApp us your order number at +92 3026916725 for a live update
- Our team is available Monday–Saturday 10am–7pm GST to assist
If you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us immediately.
Packaging
Every Markazio order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use protective materials to prevent any damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- Our courier will try delivery up to 2 times
- After 2 failed attempts the order may be returned to our warehouse
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are 100% correct at checkout
- For COD orders refused at delivery a cancellation fee may apply
Important Notes
- Delivery times may be slightly longer during Ramadan, Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha and UAE National Day
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information at checkout
- All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirham)
