We want you to love every purchase from Markazio. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We chose 7 days instead of 30 because as a UAE and KSA dropshipping store, our suppliers process returns within this window. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@markazio.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video of the item
- The reason for your return
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and respond with next steps. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Return Address
As Markazio operates through a local UAE fulfillment partner, our return address is provided after your return request is approved. We do not accept unsolicited returns at any address.
Once your return is approved we will send you:
- The exact return address in UAE
- A return instructions guide
- Confirmation of your case number
Damages and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives:
- Damaged or defective
- Different from what you ordered
- Missing parts or accessories
Contact us at support@markazio.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for health, hygiene, and safety reasons:
- Opened beauty and personal care products (face rollers, gua sha, LED masks, skincare)
- Intimate wear and undergarments
- Pierced jewellery
- Consumables and supplements (once opened)
- Sale items and discounted products
- Gift cards
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific item's return eligibility.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to:
- Request a return for the original item
- Once approved, place a new order for the correct item
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the outcome within 2–3 business days.
If your refund is approved:
- Card payments — refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Cash on delivery orders — refunded via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 business days
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@markazio.com
COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
For orders paid by cash on delivery, refunds are issued as:
- Bank transfer to your provided account
- Or store credit valid for 6 months
Please provide your bank details when submitting your refund request.
